What is your experience?
I have been running my mobile pet grooming business since 2011. Before starting my business, I worked at Petsmart for 2 years, after completing the Petsmart Salon Academy training program.
I am certified by the National Dog Groomers Association of America in both sporting and non-sporting groups.

I regularly attend classes for continued education and to stay current with industry standards.
1. Cancellations
Due to the mobile aspect of my services, I follow the public school closures as they pertain to inclement weather. I will try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If you are unsure, please call me to confirm.

-
Cancellation and rescheduling of your appointment requires 48 hours notice to waive the full cost of the groom. However, in the event of inclement weather, a family emergency or any other uncontrollable circumstances, cost of groom may be waived within the 48 hour period.
-
Given circumstances where I can't make an appointment, every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient to you.

2. Missed appointments
It is considered a missed appointment when the pet is not made available at the scheduled appointment time and there was a in lack communication to cancel or reschedule.

What I need from you and your pet?
For the groom, I just need a place where I can park my van for the duration of the groom. My van is completely self contained so I don't need access to any resources from you.

For your first appointment with me you are required to be there in person but any appointment after that, I only need your dog!

Safety is a priority to me so I require proof of vaccinations for dogs prior to grooming. Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHPPv/DA2PPv (distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza, parvovirus) and Bordetella.

*On a special needs basis, with a veterinary note, some exclusion will be permitted.
